Trouble has occurred in a number of city hotels over an Arbitration Court award in the case of the cooks and kitchenmen. In several hotels there have been wholesale discharges of employe's. The employers state they have taken this action owing to the highhanded procedure of tho employes since the award. Those residing in tne hotels are considerably inconvenienced in consequence.
