(Received To-day, at 8.48 a.m.) New York, September 3. A start for the race was postponed. Tho prospects are improving. The fog has cleared, and a five-knot wind is blowing and freshening. (By Telegraph—Pass Association). Auckland, This Day. The Yacht Club's message says that a dense fog prevailed yesterday morning, with a six mile breeze. The yachts were towed to starting point at 3.13 p.m. The Reliance was leading by a mile. Later. The Reliance won.
