Francis Dubedat, formerly President of tho Dublin Stock Exchange, was sentenced to four years' penal servitude ; and Custace Johnston, barrister, to imprisonment for a year, for obtaining money on the strength of the Delagoa Bay concession, after the concession had been withdrawn.
