Agreement With the Admiralty. (Received To-day, at 12.6 a.m.) London, August 7. The text of the agreement between the Admiralty, Board of Trade, and Morgan's Combine) nas Dee ° Published. The agreement lasts for twenty years, but it terminates at any time if the Comfpe pursues a policy injurious to the ritish mercantile marine or trade. fhe British companies and ships inplu4ed in the Combine are to remain British, and the Combine obtains an equality of treatment with British panics, The agreement is considered to adequately safeguard British interests.
