An Unfortunate Contretemps. Ten Students Leave. (By Telegraph — Press Association). CiiKi.Tiii-Ui'ii, This Day. Tho total number of students (twentytwo) attending the Lincoln Collego has been suddenly reduced by ten. It lias boon usual to grant tlio students halfholidays ouSaUirday,but when tho exigencies of tho season prevent this, it is usual to givo some other afternoon. Lately, thoy havo been busy harvesting. Last Saturday, tho students woro rcquosted to continuo work during tho afternoon, but thoy refused, us the Director said they must continue work, or leave. Eight left and two others also wont, anticipating that thoy would bo asked to do so.
