Tho King of Italy, accompanied by Signor Princtti, Minister for Foreign Affairs, crossed the Swiss frontior, and was warmly wolcomod. Ho is proceeding to Potsdam to visit tho Kaisor. Twonty-threo Italian Anarchists havo been arrested on suspicion of a plot to derail the King's train at Wiscn.
