MAURICEVILLE NEWS.

(By Telegraph— oDailyTim.es). Maumceville, This Day. The Directors of tho Mauriceville Lime Company paid a visit to tho works last week, to make arrangements for tho erection of new kilns. I understand three of the most modern blast-kilns are to be built, with a burning capacity of 80 tons daily. Bricklayers have arrived, and tho work of building is to bo pushed on with at once. Tho Company expects to largely increase the lime business, and, to facilitate the despatch of lime, intends having a railway siding laid down to the works. I am pleased to sec Mr Brcnchley about again, after his recent illness. Mr W. Jessen's son, Richard, has returned home, after having undergone a very successful operation at the Wellington hospital.
