Several farms close to Woodvillo havo changed hands this week. Mr Yoalo, Managor of the Crown Dairy, purchased on his own account Ilartstono's farm of 350 acres. Mr Vealc intonds converting Hartstone's cheese factory into a creamery, and placing 150 milking cows on tho property within iivo weeks.
Mr Donald .McDonald has disposed of his farm of 150 acres on Pinfold-road to a neighbour, Mr Cunningham, for JQIS per acre. Mr Richard Morgan has bought Mr Goorgo Smith's farm at Woodlands-road for .£2O 10s per aero.
