The Drake Case to go to Court of Appeal.

[By Telegraph — Press Association). Wellington, This Day. The Drako. manslaughter case was before the Court, again this morning, when counsel for the defenco asked the Court to state a caso for tho Appeal Court, as to the admissibility of certain evidence called by tho Crown and objected to by the defence. His Honor agreed to state a case as requested, and tho accused was released on bail of £1000. The Appeal Court does not sit until the end of November.
