WOOD'S HOUSEHOLD RENNET TABLETS FOR JUNKET.
Recipe.—Take one quart of rich, fresh milk, warm to about 80 degrees (luke warm), then put in a quarter cup of sugar and grate in a tittle nutmeg. Or it may be flavoured with a teaspoouM of lemon or vanilla or any other flavouring extract. Then dissolve in a small wine-glass of cold water ono of the " Junket Tables," and stir this into the milk quickly. Set a warm place for half an hour until it is firm, then set it where it will cool, when it is ready for the tablo. Should bo prepared about an hour before eating. Sorve as you would custard or any other pudding. The result is a delicious, wholesome and easily prepared dish for dessert or the tea-table, ami one that may be enjoyed with impunity by invalids and children.
