The Judicial Committee of the House of Lords has decided, i'l the ease of the Tall Vale liailway and Ccal Company v. the Amalgamated Society of ltailway Servants, that trade viions cci be sued in their registered name. The ease was last year before the Fgh Court of Appeal, which held that it was ■impossible for Trade Unions to sue or to be sued,
