News from the Marshall Group stales that a largo number of cases of kerosene and the body of a man have been found on llikar Island indicating the wreck of a kerosene laden ship. (Received July 18,9.13 a.m) Sydney, This Day. There is evidence that the crew of the vessel wrecked on llikar Island subsisted on turtle and drank the blood of birds. The island is barren mul uninhabited.

The German authorities sent a steamer and searched every island of the Marshall Group. The wreckage of n ship's boat was found. It is supposed all perished.
