(Beceivd December 28,10.40 p.m.) Sydney, December 28, Capetown newspapers which have just arrived show that not one membor of the Cape Ministry took any part in wolcoming tho colonial contingents on their arrival, It is stated, on what is said to be very good authority, that some time ago the Premier (Mr Schreiner) asked the Governor (Sir Alfred Milner) to allow the Ministry to resign. The request was refused. When later on a deputation waited on the Governor asking him to dismiss the Ministry on acsountof their want of loyalty, he replied that later on he would deal with tli9 Ministry.
