(Received December 13,10.10 a.m.) Pauls, December 12. The Governmeut aro taking extensive precautionary measures in connection with the rumoured arrival of Dreyfus. A thousand guards and police havo been detailed to prevent the followers, Deroueldo, and other anti-Dreyfus-iles making demonstrations in. the streets and the railway stations. It is expected Dreyfus will be lodged at Conciergerie in the Palace de Justice and so render it unnecessary for hirn to traverse the streets en k route to the Tribunal, It is believed 31. Freycinet will order Colonel Picquart's release, General Zurlinden having refused to do so. y
