PROJECTED DEPARTURE OF BRITISH TROOPS FROM CRETE.
(Received October 29,9/15 a.m.) Luxnox, October 28. Hie British troops who were quartered at Ganea and Heraklion in Crete, owing to the unsettled condition of affairs in the island, will shortly return to England.
