(Received Odder 28,9 p.m.) J Svbxev, October 28, Immediately the Legislative Assembly met to-day, Mr Lyne, who came in hot from tho Opposition caucus, gave notice to move on Tuesday next that the action of the Government with reference to tho Lucknow strike amounts to a maladministration of justice, Tho Premier accepted tho motion as one of want of confidence, and immediately adjourned the House.

Tho Opposition hopes to capture tho Labour Party, which intended to movo in the matter, The motion has reference to the recent minute of the Minister of Mines regarding the suspension of the working condition of the mine. It is claimed that tho Minister attempted to prejudice the Warden for party purposes.
