INDENTURING PRISONERS.

Capetown, October 28.

The South African Political Association has strongly condemned the indenturing of the Beehuaun prisoners captured during the recent rising against the British. They state that many of the indentured natives did not share in the rebellion.

The Under Secretary for Nativo Affairs, replying to tho statement of the Association, states that tho indenturing system has not yet received a fair trial.
