A pigeon, bearing a message from ' Ilorr Andree, tho Swedish iwotmnl, who last month left Spil'/.bergon on a balloon voyage to the North Pole, has been shot by tlio captain of a' scaling vessel at Aiken, between tho North Cape, Norway, and the Seven Islands oil tho coast of Lapland, neiiv tho entrance to the White Sea. The message states that at the time of its despatch the balloon had 4passed the 82deg oflalitudc, and was making good speed northwards, It Y hears Andrco's signature, but (lie dato is illegible.
