(Hernial August 17,10.15 a.m.) Memiouiixe, August 17, Sturroch, the Scotch defaulter, has been extradited. Tho detective, who came to take hiin back to Kilmarnock, states tliat tlierearo twentytwo charges against the accused of embezzling money. These involve a sum of over twenty thousand, and other sums are involved which bring the total amount of money missing np to fifty thousand,
