(By Telegraph.—Press Association). Welux(iiox, Saturday. At the Petition Court the Chief Justice said ho could see no reason why ho should depart from the usual rule that respondent should have costs.

The petition bad proved nothing in the conduct of Mr Fisher, or his agents which would justify the Court in penalising him. The petition was dismissed with costs on the highest scale, Six extra days were certified to at fifteen guineas each and extra counsel.

In the IVaii'fii'apa petition the Court following the English practice, ruled that no petition was before it and no coßts were allowed. '
