Wednesday, 23rd December, at 7 p.m. Weights for Second Day's Handicaps will be declared at the Empire Hotel on the night of the First Day's races. Acceptances will close at the same place at a time to be specified when weights are posted. Special attention is requested to this rule. 2, A hack is ahorse that has never won an advertk'd race at any time (Hack and Hunterraces excepted)'and is not nominated in any race otlier than Hack or Hunter races at time of nomination,
