Weights For the First Day's Handicaps will be declared at the same place on Wednesday, 9th December. Acceptances close at the same place on Wednesday, 23rd December, at 7 p.m. Wjiohts for Second Day's Handicaps will be declared at the Empire Hotel on the night of the First Day's races. Acceptances will close at the same place at a time to be specified when weights are posted. RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. Nominations and acceptances must be accompanied by the proper fees, otherwise they may be rejected. In entering the color, sex, name, age, pedigree, and previous performances, and colors to be worn by rider must be stated i'alsotne number of race to be entered for. Special attention is requested to this rule. 2. A back is ahorse that has never won an advertised race at any time (Hack and Hunter races excepted) and is not nominated in any race outer than Hack or Hunter races at time of nomination. 3.
