MASTERTQN TOWS LANDS TRUST.
—* — ORDINAKY MEETING. The regular fortnightly meeting of the Masterton Trust Lands Trust was hold last evening. Present Messrs C.E, Daniell (Chairman) R. E, HornblowandA.Vile. The minutes of last meeting were read arid confirmed. I * Apologies for absence were received from MessrsLowes and Renall. It was resolved to issue a writ of ejectment against W. Shaw, to enable the Town Hall erection to be proceeded with. Mr L. J. Forde, architect, presented the plans' of the new Town Hall. The Treasurer reported a credit balance at date of £lB9 5s 6d. Resolved that tenders be called at once for the complete work of erecting the Town Hall.
It was further resolved that the work be divided into trades tenders as far as practicable, to give local tenderers an equal opportunity of tendering with outside contractors, all other matters being equal. Resolved that tenders close ,in three weeks time, on December 18th .. Resolved that-tenders'be called for repairs to the Drill Hall, to close at next meeting of the Trust,
