Sir,—ln the Star report oE Mr Hogg's meeting at Ekctahuha, they say only six hands were held up against the yote of confidence, This is incorrect. I was present at the meeting, and I should say at least thirty hands were held up against the vote, and about as many more in favour of it.—Yours, etc., Alex McLbod, \
