Deputations to the Premier. \ (By Telpgraph.—Press Association.) Gisborne, Friday, The Premier, Mr Carroll and party arrived here late on Wednesday night affcor a rough journey from Wairoa. Yesterday afternoon Mr Seddon met several deputations.
