A man named Edward Carlmell was charged by Constable Eccleton with being drunk on Sunday last. He was fined 10s, or in default 48 hours. Tho Bench remarked that if became before the Court again be would receive the'full'penalty. '• The prisoner'waßalsd charged with jS kicking the bucket" in the cell and Astroyingit, for which'ho was fined damages. ' ''
