FEATHERSTON—MONDAY, (Before Colonel Roberts, R.M.) W, J. Buck v. P. Cole,—This was a case ip which the defendant was charged with using abusive and obscene language to the plaintiff, Mr Acheson for the plaintiff, Mr Izard for defendant,-After a lengthy hearing the case was dismissed, Police v. W, Dundy,— I This was a oase brought under tlje Police Offences Act for allowing a horse to be at large in the streets. The defendant admit, ted the .offence, and was fined the nominal penalty of Js with 7s costs. Trustees of the late George Holder v. W. Buckeridge.—Thjs pasg was adjourned unt)l the next Couit day on the application of Mr Acheson, who appeared for the defendant. The api plication of Mr Beard that the defendant pay the day's costs was granted.
