CIVIL. Taratabi-Garterton Road Board ». Thomas George. Claim £2 Oa 8d for rates. Judgment for amount, with costs 6s.

Carterton Borough Council v. Jas. Peters. Mr Beard for plaintiffs, Mr Pownall for defendant. Claim 14s for rates. Judgment for 7s, without costs.

Diilefield Dairy Hugh Wilson. Claim on dishonored prom, issory notes,for £99 17s 4d, Mr Beard for plaintiff. Judgment for amount claimed, with costs lis, and coiinsill fee 633.
