' is hereby given that llio following resolution will be at a meeting of the Council to be hold on THURSDAY, the 18th March next Tho Council hereby, by special ord r, declares those portions of tho Masterton Road District and Castlcnoint Road District, situato in tbo County of Wairarapa East, comprising one continuous area, and contained within the following boundaries, that is to say Commencing at the northwest corner of section No 157 in tho Whareama Block; thence by the northern and eastern boundaries of that section, and by the eastern boundaries of- sections numbered respectively 145, ldG, 147,152,151, and part of 150, in the samo block to tho north west corner of section No 812; thence by tbo northern. and eastern boundaries of the last mentioned section to section No 293 in the said block; thcuco by the northern and eastern boundaries of the last mentionod section, and section No 872, the eastern bouudaries of sections numbered 873, BG3, part 2, BGB, and BG6 in the same block, and by a creek which forms part of the south western boundary of the last mentioned section : to section No 98; thence by the southern boundaries of sections numbered 98,97, 9 to 13, and 12, all in tho Wharoama Block to tho Taueru River; thence. southwards by the Taueru River, to its cqnfluenco with tho Mangatopitopi Crcok, and tlieuco by the said creek to ils intersection with magnotio bearing, 74° 28' 35.1"; thence westwards by the said bearing to the Wangaehu River; thence northwards by tho 'Wangaehu River, and by tho western boundaries of a block of land marked Takamaitu on the map of the County of IVairarapa East, to the southernmost corner of Section No. 119 in the Rangitumau Block; thence by tho south western, western, and, northern boundaries of the last mentioned section and section No. 115, and 5 tho south western and western boundaries of sections numbered 145, 112,108, and 99, all in tho Rangitumau Block, to tho southern boundary of the Alfredton Road District boforo described; and thence eastwards by the Southern boundary of that lload District to llio point of commencement: Shall constitute a new Boad District, to be called the Upper Taueru Road District, That tho number of members for the Upper Taueru Road District shall bo FIVE, but the said new district shall not bo divided into subdivisions,
