This Company is formed to comploto the communication by rail from Wellington to Manawatu and New Plymouth. It is proposed to raise at least £50,000 of the capital within the colony, payable as follows:—2s Gd per share on application, 2s Cd per share on allotment, and tho residue by calls not exceeding 5s per share, intervals of not less than three months. Tho Company proposo to acquire the Native Lands through which tho line will pass, and will apply to Parliament to obtain the necessary powers to carry out the undertaking. The concessions which the Government have made, and other particulars, aro fully set forth in tho prospectus, which can be obtained from the Secretary, or at any of the branches of tho Bank of Now Zealand throughout the colony, and to which is annexed a form of application for shares, Immediate application for shares is neces- , sary.
