The Company propoßn to acquiro the Native Lands through which the line will pass/and will apply to Parliament to obtain the necessary powers tooarry out the undertaking. The concessions which the Government have made, and other particulars, are fully set forth in the prospectus, which can be obtaiued from the Secretary, or at any of the branches of the Bank of New Zealand throughout the colony, and to whioh is anuexed a form of application for shares.
