The Produce Bace is open .to all horße bred and trained in the district, and ha'v never started for an advertised race.' In case of a protest, the same must b lodged with the Secretary within fifteei minutes after the race is run, with a deposi of £2, such deposit to. be forfeited if th protest be considered trivial or vexatious,No person will be allowed to enterahors unless he be a subscriber of at least £1 i the Eace Fund, No scratching of horses'to be done unles through the Secretary.
