SALE OF CROWN LANDS. 25 sections of ugiiculuutil land situate in the Kiwilea Block, Mauawalu, varying in area between 150 and 330 acres will be offered for sale at public auction at the Land Office, Wellington, on Tuesday, the 23rd day of November, 1880, at the upset price of 21s and 27s Gd per acre, for cash. Also, 8 sections in the same block, varying between 121 and 210 acres at the same place will be ppen to purchase on deferred payments, at 30s per acre, by application on Wednesday, the 24th day of Novcinboj,lßßo. If two or more applications be put in on the same day for the same section, it will be put up to auction between the applicants on the day following.
