THE Wairarapa East County Council proposes leasing to Emma Greathead of the flurnnuiorangi Hotel, the Hurunniorangi ferryreservo, containing <lO acreß or thereabouts, for a term of ten years from the let day of May, 1880, at the rent of £2O per annum, payable quarterly. Mra Greathead to insure and repair buildings, also to remove timber accumulating against bridge and provide ferry-boat at current rates, m case of bridge being impassable, and not to sub-let without Council's consent— usual Dower of ontry on default for thirty days.
