The eaddling-bcll will ring at 10.30 a.m. sharp; first race to start at 11 a.m. The District Race is open to all horses owned iu the district at least six months previous to the meeting. The Produce Race is open to all horses bred and trained in the district, and havt never started for an advertised race. In case of ft protest, the same must be lodged with the Secretary within fifteen minutes after the race is run, with a deposit of £2, such deposit to be forfeited if the protest bo considered trivial or vexatious. No person will be allowed to enterahorse unless he be a subscriber of at least £1 to the Raco Fund, No scratching of horses to be dono unl through the Secretary, The races wiil be run strictly under the Masterton-Opaki Jockey Club Rules.
