THE Wairarapa East Comity Council proposes leasing to Emma Greathead of the flurunuiorangi Hotel, the Hurunuiorangi ferryreßerve, containing 40 acres or thereabouts, for a term of ten years from the Ist day of May, 1880, at the rent of £2O per annum, payable quarterly. Mrs Greathead to insure and repair buildings, also to remove timber accumulating against bridge and provide ferry-boat at current rates, in case of bridge being impassable, and not to sub-let without Council's consent—usuaj power of entry on default for thirty days.
