That the Chairman write to Mr W. G. Beard re drain on White's Line, and to Engineer re survey of Dalgetty's Line. Mr P. Goodin waited on the Board re repairs to. Parker's Line, stating that with the sanction of the Board he would do the work.' Agreed to. Mr Morris again waited on the Board, relative to what he considered an obstruction to road by an overflow of water, stated to be caused by a drain made by Mr Nix at the side of the road. Resolved—That Messrs LislerKaye and Reynolds view the road, and report it next meeting. That Mr Lister-Kaye have authority to effect repairs on Carter's Line. That MrStrawbridge have authority to repair culverts on Olivet's Line, he paying for repairs until the Ward is in funds. That the Clerk be instructed to, sue without delay for all arrears on last year's valuation.
