WAIRARAPA HOSPITAL.

The usual monthly meeting of the House Committee was held at Mr F. H. Wood's office on Thursday evening, PresentRev Thomas (in the cliair)7 and Messrs Barnard, Wood, and the Secretary, The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed, Accounts amounting to £64 were passed for payment. Entries in the visitors' book were read. An amount of £2 paid by the custodian re Southey, was ordered to be refunded. The matter of chimney sweeping was ordered to stand over until next meeting. _ The Secretary was instructed to advertise for Hospital supplies for the ensuing year. It was resolved that the Secretary collect all monies in the Hospital boxes'prior to next meeting. It was resolved that a special meeting of the House Committee be convened for 2nd January, to consider tenders for supplies. The meeting then adjourned.
