The saddling bell will ring at 11,30 each day; first race to start at 12 o'clock sharp. The winner of the Maiden to carry 51bs extra in tho Produce J'ace. The District Eaco is < pen to all horses owned in the district at least six month previous to this Race M' eting. The Produce iiace is for all horses bred and trained in the district and that have never started for an advertised race. In case of a protest, the same must be lodged with the Secretary within fifteen minutes after the race is run, with a deposit of £2; such deposit to he forfeited if the protest be found trivial or vexatious, The winners of first day's hack races will not be allowed to run for those on the second day; nor will the winner of the £lO hack on cither day be allowed to run for the smaller catch weight back race. No person will be allowed to enter a horse unless he hi a subscriber of at least £1 to thr Jockey Club fund. No scratching of horses to be done except it be through the Secretary. General eniries to be made to the Secietary at the Club Hotel, Masterton, between the hours of 7 and 9 o'clock on the evening of Thursday, November 27th, previous to the race meeting, Entries to be acco .ipanied by the required amounts, also names and ages of horses and colors of riders, and no entries will be received after that night either by letter or telegram. Weights for Opaki Stakes Handicap to be declared at tin Club Hotel on the Monday evening previous to the meeting, Acceptances for Opaki Stakes Handicap close at 15 minutes after the Ladies' Purse is run, Weights for I he Hurdle Eace to be declared same night as the Opaki Stakes Handicap, Acceptances for Hurdles to close on Tuesday evening, not later than 8 o'clock. Handicaps will he declared on the night of general entry, 6th December, and entrances will close on the same evening, not later tha Bp. m., at the Wwhcnga Hotel. The Wairarapa Jockey Club liules will be strictly adhered to, All horses entered for the above events must ho bona fide property at the time of entry.
