The Produce Race is for all horses bred and trained in the district and that have never started for an advertised race. In case of a protest, the same must be lodged with the Secretary within fifteen minutes after the race is run, with a deposit of £2; such deposit to-be forfeited if the f protest be found trivial or vexatious. 1 The winners of first day's hack races will _ not be allowed I o run for those on the second day; nor will the 'sinner of the £lO hack on either day be allowed to run for thft smaller catch weight hack race.
