The winner of the Maiden to carry 61bs extra in the Produce liace. The District Race is open to all horses owned in the district at least six month previous to this Race Meeting. The Produce Race is for all horses bred and trained in the district and that have never started for an advertised race. In case of a protest, the same must be lodged with the Secretary within fifteen minutes after the race is run, with a deposit of £2; such deposit to-be forfeited if the f protest be found trivial or vexatious. 1 The winners of first day's hack races will _ not be allowed I o run for those on the second day; nor will the 'sinner of the £lO hack on either day be allowed to run for thft smaller catch weight hack race.
