The County Council guarantee that suitable timber for constructing the bridge may be obtained by the successful tenderer within two miles of the proposed site, subject to the payment of a royalty of one shilling per hundred feet super, for all timber used in the structure, and sixpence per hundred for all wasto scantlings necessarily cut in excess of actual requirements for bridge construction.
