ROSPECTUS. THE MASTERTON THEATRE ROYAL COMPANY, (Limited,) (To bo incorporated under the " Joint Stock Company's Ad, I860." The promoters of the abovo Company having leased the Town Hall, Masterton, for a term of 21 years, have determined to effect certain alterations and additions by which the building can bctransformed into a Theatre suitable to the requirements of the rapidly rising town, and it has been clearly ascertained that the building as altered will be adequate for the performance of Theatrical and Opeiatic Companies, which in times past would have visited the district had there been suitable accommodation, It has further been proved, without doubt, that the income hitherto derived from the Town Hall, even in its extremely miserable state, has been more than a paying one. Plans have been prepared by an experienced architect, and an estimate given, whereby the alterations as mentioned above can bo made for a sum of £6OO. It is therefore proposed to float a Company with a capital of £IOOO. consisting of 200 Shares of £5 each, £3 of which shall bo called up as follows :-10s on application; 103 on allotment; and 10s per Share per month, Ihe holders of Shares will be entitled to their yearly dividend proportioned to the profits realised by the Company. The liability of the Shareholders is limited to the amount of Shares which each ouc holds.
