Coal, Slate, or any other inetal or mineral possessing commercial value is obtainable in payable quantities. The price of Shares is fixed at the low rate of £1 each, to enable all who desire to join an Association calculated to promote not only the prosperity of the District as a whole, but of tile subscribing members individually. It is proposed to issue 250 Shares only to the public, and to spend the capital realised by them on prospecting and general expenses, reserving 50 Shares to enable the Directors to offor a bonus to auy prospectors in their employ who may make a discovery which shall prove advantageous to the Association, _ In the event of any discovery of a commercial \iilue, the operations of the Association would have to embrace mining as well as prospecting, and tlio Association would have to be extended to enable Shareholders to have the full benefit of their enterprise, It is believed that, with' prudence and economy, the present nominal capital will be sufficient to prospect the neighborhood.
