The promoters of the above Company aving leased the Town Hall, Masterton, for term of 21 years, have determined to effect ertain alterations and additions by which lie building can be transformed into a Theatre nitablc to the requirements of the rapidly ising town, and it has been clearly ascer ained that the building as altered will be dequate for the performance of Theatrical lid Opemtic Companies, which in times past ,-ould have visited the district had there been uitable accommodation. It has further been proved, without doubt, hat the income hitherto derived from the ?own Hall, even in its extremely miserable tate, has been more than a paying one. Plans have been prepared by an experienced jchitect, and an estimate given, whereby the ilterations as mentioned above can be made or a sum of £6OO. It is therefore proposed to float a Company yith a capital of £IOOO. consisting of 200 Shares of £o each, £3 of which shall be jailed up as follows-10s on application; 10s on allotment; and lOs per Share per month, Hie holders of Shares will be entitled to their yearly dividend proportioned to the profits realised by the Company.
