MASTERTON HOSPITAL.

General Rules,

That the Goneval Committee shall consist of the following persons The Chairmon of tho Wairavapa County East and County West, and the Chairmen of theTartahi-Carterton and Masterton Highway Boards, and the Mayor of Masterton. Also', of not moro than 10 elected members, to bo appointed atoach annualmeetnig, and of all Annual Subscribers of not less than two guineas: fivo to form a quorum. 2. TliattheCommittoDhavethohianagenient of tho Hospital, and iiiay mate such charges and rules for the admission, maintenance, and l'enioval'of patients as may be deemed necessary, excepting that all subscribers of not less ■ than five shillings per annum shall, in the event of their being admitted as 'patients,-bo exempted from all charges and fees of any description,' 3. That tho Committee shall meet ,in the months of January and July in each year, and shallhold special meetings from time'to timo, : if requested so to do by the Chairman,: the Secretary, orany three members'thereof.
