MASTERTON HOSPITAL.

General Rules,

That the Goneval Committee shall consist of the following persons The Chairmon of tho Wairavapa County East and County West, and the Chairmen of theTartahi-Carterton and Masterton Highway Boards, and the Mayor of Masterton. Also', of not moro than 10 elected members, to bo appointed atoach annualmeetnig, and of all Annual Subscribers of not less than two guineas: fivo to form a quorum. 2. TliattheCommittoDhavethohianagenient of tho Hospital, and iiiay mate such charges and rules for the admission, maintenance, and l'enioval'of patients as may be deemed necessary, excepting that all subscribers of not less ■ than five shillings per annum shall, in the event of their being admitted as 'patients,-bo exempted from all charges and fees of any description,' 3. That tho Committee shall meet ,in the months of January and July in each year, and shallhold special meetings from time'to timo, : if requested so to do by the Chairman,: the Secretary, orany three members'thereof.

4. That' at all meetings the order of business shall be as follows: —let. Reading and oqnfirmingminutes'of previous meeting. 2nd, Treasurer s Keport. .3rd.. Correspondence. 4th. Reports. sth. General business, priority being given to motions of which notice has been given. ' 5. That the annual meeting be convened in the month of July in each year. Business .to.receive Report and Balance Sheet for the preceding year, and to elect for the ensuing year a Treasurer, a Secretary, a Committeo, and two Auditors.

6. That the property of the Hospital be vested in three Trustees, one or moro of whom may he elected' or rcmoYod at any 'annual meeting, . Hodbe Committee.

- 1, The House Committee shall consist of not more than nine members, and shall be appointed by the General Committee, Occasional vacancies which may occur in the House Committee may be filled by the remaining members thereof. 2. The Mayor of Masterton shall be, ex Chairman of the -House Committee, and three members of the,' Committee shall form a quorum, ■'■■■■• ■ • . 3. The House Committeo shall meet on the second Monday in each "month at 3 p.m., at the Hospital, or at sucH' other place as it may from time to time appoint. 4. That the order of business shall be the same as that of the General Committee.
