A curious message from Angora states that active revolt has broken out in Russia, against the Soviet rule. Details are lacking, but it is confirmed that the movement is monarchical.
LONDON, April 9. Reports are again current of antiBolshevist risings in Ukraine '•nd other provinces.
The Constantinople correspondent of the “Daily News” states that troops have been sent against the insurgents and fierce encounters occurred in several districts, with heavy casualties.
