The Reichstag also passed, by 300 votes to 174 the third reading of the Bill- ratifying the Locarno Treaties. BERLIN, November 29. President Hindenburg, Dr. Luther (Chancello’, and Dr. Stresemann (Foreign Secretary, signed * the Locarno agreement legislation. The evacuation of Cologne zone begins on November 30. GENEVA, November 29. It is believed that Germany will not apply for admission to the League at the forthcoming session of the Council, as she desires to await the complete evacuation of Cologne before applying for admission.
