It is believed the President will return to London with Cabinet’s decisions. Further Dublin reports state that the Hon. Kevin O’Higgins (Vice-Pre-sident and Minister of Justice), the Hon. Robert McGilligan (Minister of Industry and Commerce) and the Attorney-General (Mr John O’Byrne, K.C.), have left for London to participate in another Boundary Conference. LONDON, Nov. 28. The Ulster Home Office explains that the gathering of specials in Donegal is part of the annual manoeuvres.
