ITALIAN DISPUTE SETTLED. PBB FBXSS ASSOCIATION—COPYBIGHT LOxkDON, March 12. The “Daily Express” says that the dispute between the Pope and the Italian Government is about settled. The Pope will no longer consider himself a prisoner in the Vatican. The terms include a provision that the Government will surrender the whole of Vatican Hill, and build at its own expense a series, of houses for the College of Cardinals, who are now scattered throughout the city. In return, the Holy See. will hand over over scattered properties to the Italian Government. The League of Nations will gnaran tee the independence of the Pope.
