GENERAL CABLES.
WRANGEL INTRIGUE. '. _ 1 NUMEROUS ARRESTS PROBABLE. (Per Press Association—Copyright). LONDON, May 11. The Sofia, correspondent reports that a grave plot is suspected in consequence of the arrest of Colonel Samohualoff, senior officer of General Wrung el’s army. A mass of documents was discovered in his room at his hotel, in relation to the organisation of the Bulgarian army, location of ammunition dumps, strategical maps, and details of money in the principal banks. The police for sometime have suspected that General Wrangel’s army was inclined to intrigue the Monarchist groups in Berlin and Paris. The discovery justifies the suspicions and numerous arrests are probable.
